Advokids: Gift Box Project

• David needs your help... David is a bright goal-oriented Freshman in High School. He is academically and socially well rounded. His High School interests include soccer and the chess club. His future plans are to apply to the West Point Military Academy. David was accepted into the People to People Student Ambassador Program.
  Foster a Dream donated the $400 application fee. The total cost of the trip is $5,399, to which the application fee applies. In addition he is to take a second pair of glasses, which he does not have, polo shirts, which he does not have, and other such sundries that must be purchased. The total travel fee of $5,000 is due to the Ambassador program by May 23rd. David has received a $500 donation, and some much smaller individual donations that to date total about $700. He and his foster mother will be holding a yard sale and the local CASA program is organizing a Bowl-a-thon to assist with the expenses. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
